A short, free exercise for working out what matters to you when a long-term condition is taking up the room.
When pain or illness fills the foreground, it’s easy to lose sight of what you actually want your life to be about. This worksheet is a simple, private way to start naming that — in your own time, with no one watching.
What it is
- A guided values exercise drawn from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
- Around 15–20 minutes. Do it in one sitting, or a bit at a time.
- No wrong answers — and no one needs to see it but you.
