Services

Therapy tailored to you

£75 per hour

I offer one-to-one therapy sessions for adults, specialising in evidence-based approaches to help with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and other challenges. My focus is on providing high-quality care that helps you move forward with your life.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These are proven, effective methods for addressing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and low mood to managing the emotional impact of long-term health conditions. As an accredited therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), you can trust that you’ll receive excellent care.

Therapy can help with:

Supervision

£95 per hour

I provide clinical supervision for professionals in psychological and therapeutic fields. My experience includes supervising Clinical Psychologists, CBT therapists (trainee and qualified), and ACT practitioners. I also welcome professionals from other healthcare disciplines seeking guidance and support in their practice.

I currently supervise trainees at Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) and have worked with NHS and private practitioners, as well as CBT trainees in university training programmes. My supervision experience spans a range of settings, combining practical skills and theoretical understanding to support your development.
